didn't get credit for my cartridges

I gave them 10 cartridges when I signed up. I just looked at my account & it says I haven't turned any in. Anyone have this problem?

Was I supposed to do more than give them card at the store when I handed over the cartridges?

It's been several weeks now so they've had time to 'process' or whatever

Yes, you were supposed to give them the card or phone number associated with the card! Geez you would have thought they would have asked.

she did scan the card but I haven't received a credit

did you save the printout from teh register that comes when you turn them in? i usually don't but should in case something like this happens. a small 'receipt' will print out that says redeemed ---- printer cartridges for --- credi. HTHt

I'll have to look through my rebate box. She handed me something & I usually save all my receipts (just in case a rebate comes along ) so I'll dig tomorrow.

So I'm guessing *normally* she'd scan my card & the cartridges would register to my account? And that I don't need to do it manually? but save my receipt.........just in case.

What a hassle I liked it better when you'd give them the cartridges & get the credit instantly. Is there anywhere that currently does this? I'd rather be done with it all in one swoop.
