Staple easy rebate

This month was my first time to buy at Staples and do the ER. I have been tracking it online and today it showed up as "validation compete" but nothing else. Does that mean it's in the mail or is there another step? Also what will be in the mail? Is it a check or a GC that I have to use at Staples?

It's a check. I believe it will update to tell you when it's actually been mailed. The validation period is about 2 weeks from purchase so if you return the item they won't have already sent you the check. Staples is really good about rebates but, be on the lookout for the check cuz it comes as a post card sized check that isn't in an envelope.

Ok I just did the bic b1g1. I bought 8 items. now I see only two rebates per person, even though I bought enough to do 4. What should I do? 2 are for close to 5.00 each the other is other two are for 1.99 each. Will I get the higher value?

If eveything is on the same receipt, I bet they will process the rebates from 'top down,'

So, after the limit of two has been read / reached, the next item attempted for the rebate will be denied.

Consider taking two back for a refund.

You can also track the staples rebates on rebateshq.com. this is the site that mails out the staples checks. what is stated there is what you will be getting.

I had only had one issue before. I had to call Staples and they put in a courtesy check for the error. (bought 3 labels and they only credited for one)

I just wanted to thank everyone on HCW.
I went on line to chk on my rebate that I mailed in on the blutooth (Nov.23-24) and it said invalid, well I called in and the automated phone fairy stated it was due to duplicate rebates and address. Well, my FIL had made purchase and yes I forgot to tell him to do 2 transactions so his Blutooth and mine are on same receipt. He did ER w/ no prob. so I called in and spk to a very nice csr and she stated the receipt also shows same sku #s (so cashier scanned 1 item 2x) well I explained FIL diff. addresses and diff.sku's I still have mine (does not work on my phone) she said no prob will update info and chk will be sent in 15 days. WoW, I would never have called in the first place if I had not join HCW, I did not know you could even try to correct or discuss rebate prob. so a great big TY to all. I know it's only 5$ however this is 1st for me so I am happy.
