Default Staples: Rebates?

I have never purchased a rebate item at Staples, and I have been looking for info about limits. I can't find anything.

For example, the copy paper is $.01 after rebate. Is there a limit to how many of these you can get per household?

I have done a few of the easy saver rebates, it really is nice to just have to input some of the information on the internet from your receipt and you get the rebate in about 5 weeks. The limit on the paper is 2 per household. Last time, I got 2 in one transaction and then got 2 in another for my business and the cashier didn't say anything but you would have to have 2 addresses for that due to the rebate. HTH

Our ad has the limit in tiny white ink. Very hard to read. I think they are trying to trick us. Th rebates are super easy to do online and you can track the progress. They email you when the check is in the mail. I like their system and the rebates come pretty quickly.

one thing i found with the rebates is that you dont get a check back that you can actually cash.. its for instore purchases.

No they actually send you a check or a prepaid visa card. I just got a check in the mail last week for an easy rebate and I deposited it directly in my checking account. It comes actually like a postcard and you just tear the check out.

Staples seems very on top of these rebates - I did mine yesterday online. It was extremely simple!

No, this isn't true. At least not always. We did one of their "easy rebates" on a laptop, and we got back an actual check. Also, at least in this case, the rebate check came from the manufacturer (HP), not Staples. It also came fairly quickly, and I didn't have any issues with submitting it online.

The rebate from ink cartridges comes as a instore purchase check but the ESR comes back as actual checks that can be cashed in any bank.
