I just got back and OMG! these people are IDIOTS! They emailed everyone the weekly ad with the $5 off $20 coupon on the fromt. but guess what, when the ads came. THERE WAS NO COUPON! And the manager had never seen or heard anything about it! He tried to tell me the coupon was only for ONLINE orders. Clueless! Now on the side of the ad it says $5 of $20 instore coupon, see front for exclusions, but there was no coupopn. I finally showed the manger how to pull up his ad on the Staples website (I swear he did NOT know how to do it) and there was the coupon on the ad. So he wrote the coupon code on my ad and thought he was through with the one crazy lady. Oh No! By the time I got back up to the register there were three other ladies and another man about to riot over no coupon. So the manager called corporate and they said just to use the coupon code off the website for everyone. So I got my stuff, made $11 after rebate, and we all lived happy ever after



Moral of the story, if you have not been yet, do a screen print of the ad showing the coupon and take it with you.

I was upset when i didn't see the coupon in the ad so I looked here. I went to the website and it doesn't even show the coupon on the ad their either. Oh well guess less for me to spend to hit the $20 mark.

I just got back from Staples and you should run to your nearest Staples!! There was a huge line and everyone is going for the paper. So if you didn't already get it.. you should go!

That is weird...my ad in the paper had the coupon. I wonder if it is a regional thing. I am in NC.
Stupid me though did the deal and realized when I got home that I forgot to use the $5/20 coupon!!!!!!

my ad didn't have the $5/$20 coupon either, and when I got to the store I looked at theirs and it wasn't there either, so the manager came over and told the cashier to just key in the code.
