If you are a teacher you need to sign up for the staples star teacher rewards program. Then, with that card (you can print a temp online when you register) you can get the higher limit of 25. I price matched at walmart last year, but my store was VERY careful and looked at everything on the ad. They didn't match generics either. So if office depot glue was $0.01 they wouldn't match it. They also ouldnt match a store unless it was really close by. They were super picky about it.

I went today with my coupons for the Bic pens and wite out and the manager told me that he couldn't honor them because the coupon states that they can not be used with any other offers. I said that just means not using 2 coupons for one item and he said sorry no. Do you think this is right or should I call customer service? It is for $3 in coupons (2-$1 Bic, 2-$.50 Witeout).

Yes, teachers can get 25 packs of the pencils for .01 each. I can confirm.

I didn't know about the deal but when I put my 2 packs on the counter and handed her my teacher card she told me to go back and grab 23 more packs for a penny each if I wanted. So I did.

I got the Bic pens and Wite Out today today with no problems. I was allowed to use the Staples $5/20 and the 3 Bic coupons (2 Pens and 1 Wite Out) in my transaction.

I would not call and complain. The coupon states that it may not be used with any other coupons. Why not just do a separate transaction? :shrug7:

I got the pens and the white out with the Bic coupons today with no problems and used the $5/$20 also.

I could not find the Bic pens anywhere!! WTH?? I found all the other penny items, but no pens! And I was there about two minutes after they opened!

same here,,,,,,,,store manager told me that the Bic pens are on sale already and on sale item we don,t allow to use coupons on them.
