This depends on if your Staples has any left. Apparently they are trying to get rid of paper with the old packaging (one with the star). I found it at my store in an endcap at the back of the store, so look or ask a manager to see if they have any. They are at the store for $6.99 and there is a NO LIMIT rebate for $5.99 back!!! SKU# is 554638 and you can search the Rebate Center for that rebate information. Now my Staples will take competitor Qs from Office Max and Office Depot, Use a $10 off $50 or $20-$25 off $100 and you could even have a MM!! The paper is also the recycled one, so even better!!!

Free paper is good :-)

Went yesterday and my store was out of the paper, but I did get some @ 4.99 ream. I don't go through it extremely fast so not bad. Thanks for the info though. I did not know that they take comp. q's.

Glad you were able to get them to take the competitors coupon. When I emailed Staples the customer service person said they do not accept them. I was bummed :sad:

I found the Office Depot coupon, though it took some searching and it expired today. I got 9 reams today, I had to ask the manager and he found the paper in the back. They didn't even have it out!! My husband is going to kill me when he sees how much paper I brought home, we go through about a ream a year

If they tell you they're out, make them check the SKU # in their computer. My store said they were out when I got there, but the computer said they had hundreds of reams in the back, so be sure to ask! I got 8 at $6.99 & used a Office Depot Q for $10/50. You can do this rebate online, so that makes it even easier. After tax and rebate, I paid about $0.15 per ream!

Went straight to the service center this afternoon and was told they had negative 8 in inventory. Too weird.

I'm sure if this would make stuff show up negative.......but our store had a lot but was told that since the paper was so cheap, they kept a bunch of it for themselves to use at their copy center and then they write it off.

i did this today, total MM!! got 11 reams, had a 25 off 75 staples Q printable.
11 x 6.99 = 76.89 - 25.00=51.89 + 3.63=55.52
rebate = 5.99 x 11=65.89
plus a 10 percent rebate on rewards card of 7.69
55.52-65.89-7.69= -18.06 for 11 reams

hopefully my math is correct, but i'm pretty pumped! goes well with the $199 wireless printer i got there last week for $60!

it'll take forever to go through this paper, cause i print most my stuff at work, but i'll share at this price, lol
