I'm so excited about the back to school sales starting! I just opened my last pack of pens from last year.

word of advice -- if you are a student (or have them at home) buy all the penny items. I didn't last year and kicked myself because sure enough... I needed them!

If you don't use them, you can always donate them to a school.

Okay, the "per customer" rule...is that per visit, per household, per person or what?
I don't know their rules and want to be ethical, but hubby is a teacher, and we have a munchkin, plus with all my couponing and such I find we use a LOT of this kind of thing. Any hints from seasoned BTS'ers?
