Cranberry Salad Cranberry Salad serves 10-12 -- a family thanksgiving favorite, but great for any occasion! Ingredients: 6 oz strawberry jello 1 C hot water ¼ C orange juice 1 can crushed pineapple (progresso soup can size) 1 can whole cranberry sauce ½ C grated carrots ¼ C finely chopped celery ¼ C chopped nuts, optional (pecans or walnuts work best) Heat water in saucepan. When boiling, remove from the burner, add the jello stirring until dissolved. Add the other ingredients to a bowl. Stir until combined. Pour jello over the top of the other ingredients. Set aside being careful not to agitate the mixture. Chill until firm.
