Broccoli Cheese Soup Okay here is my friend, Paula's, version. This is where I got my Cheezy Chicken Enchilada Soup recipe from.
3/4c onion sauteed in 3T butter
6c water
6 chicken boullion cube (omit if you just use chicken broth)
8oz extra thin egg noodles
1t salt
2-10oz frozen broccoli, chopped and steamed
1/4t garlic powder
8c milk
1lb Velveeta type cheese (tastes better using 2lbs)
mix all together adding the milk last. Don't bring to boil.
