Question about Shop at Home Has anyone used this recently? I had not, and then made a couple purchases from CVS.com and used their portal. I am having a lot of trouble getting my cash back. They are not responding at all. Is this normal?

Re: Question about Shop at Home I've used Shop at Home and have never had a problem with them, however I've never asked them any questions. I've received 2 checks from them since I joined in March 2011 and am due for another one this month. They only mail you a check once you have over $20 in your cash back acct. And it can take up to 30 days for your purchase to post to your acct. I also do Ebates and Mr. Rebates and have never had a problem with those either.
