This was advertised in the 8/1 SS beside the $3/3 coupon. I was so busy doing the CVS deal, I didn't even notice this offer until today when I was looking for something else.

Now, after looking at it; how is everyone going to do it since there is no official form.

I am going to print the page and add my address to the printout and then include 3 UPCs from the products...do you think that is enough?

Well...if I had realized I was going to need to send the UPC's..I wouldn't of purchased the purell...cause getting those UPC's off..is a PITA.

so I'll just send UPC's from band aid boxes that I have.

Also, besides the PO box and the rest of the address on the website, who do you address it to? It looks funny on the envelope~lol :)

I just addressed mine to "Toy Story Collectible Book Offer" or something like that. I bought 3 $1 boxes of bandaids at dollar general. Hopefully that works. It says "any" products

You don't even need to send the reciept...so technically any UPC that you have on hand from those products should work.

The form is up now... and I'm pretty sure the address is different now. I already sent mine to the other address. I hope it comes!

Anyone have an update on this? Who do you think we can contact about this promotion (since I sent it in before they were requiring receipts) to check on the status of the promotion to make sure that they will still honor it? Thanks!

Got mine today! It's not all that awesome... a little cardboard-type book that like pulls out into one long thing. It's definitely worth it considering all I did to get it was get 3 packs of band aids free to begin with. It's stocking-stuffer worthy :)
