How to receive your Savings Coupons: 1) Purchase five (5) participating products (Vlasic®, Open Pit®, Armour®, Duncan Hines®, Log Cabin® or Mrs. Butterworth’s®) between 11/8/09 and 12/7/09; 2) Download this order form and hand print your complete name, mailing address and e-mail address; and 3) Mail your completed order form, the original cash register/purchase receipt(s) dated between 11/8/09 and 12/7/09 with the participating products circled and the corresponding UPC’s from five (5) participating products in an envelope to: Great Taste, Big Savings Offer, P.O. Box 1900, West Caldwell, NJ 07007-1900. All coupon requests must be postmarked by 1/7/10 and received by 1/22/10. Limit one (1) request per household. Cash register/purchase receipts dated before 11/8/09 and after 12/7/09 will not be honored. Offer open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older. Savings Coupons will be delivered by U.S. Mail. All Savings coupons must be redeemed by 4/12/10.

Thanks for posting. I just bought 5 cake mixes. Now if i can just find that darn receipt.

Thanks for posting this link! I missed out on the most recent one. Don't forget the printable Target coupon! It expires 11/17 - but you can only use 1 per transaction, so if you plan on getting cake mixes at Target and use the printable & a mfr coupon, you'd have to buy 1 at a time and send in all 5 receipts.
