It appears there is no limit to how many you can get, as long as you have 3 UPCs for each one.

I saw this advertised on a Jolly Time popcorn box last week, I am wondering if they are doing this promotion again or if this is still from the last time (does that make sense?). I just want to make sure they haven't run out of totes before I use a stamp to send the UPCs in. If they are restarting the promotion then I'm sure they will have more totes available!
