1. Purchase a LITTLEST PET SHOP My Collector Journal ("Journal").

2. Collect six (6) stickers. You’ll find a sticker inside each specially marked LITTLEST PET SHOP product listed below. Hasbro reserves the right to make stickers available from other sources in addition to the foregoing sources.

3. You may use any LITTLEST PET SHOP stickers from specially marked packages to redeem the Special Edition LITTLEST PET SHOP Elephant.

4. Attach six (6) stickers to the sticker collector page (page 9) of your LITTLEST PET SHOP My Collector Journal.

5. Have your parent or legal guardian complete the official information form found on the back side of the sticker collector page, and mail your completed request to:
