Anybody else having a problem with this form printing. Can get it to print but it runs off the bottom of the page???

Are you clicking the "file/print" from the window's taskbar? If so, that could be the reason.

Click the print icon on the .pdf toolbar instead and it should work.

this may be a stupid question, lol but....on the form, it has you check one..home heating, utility, ect. why is that? are'nt they just going to send you a check? TIA

If I remember correctly, I think there is a spot on there for your account number. I think they are sending the checks directly to the utility company.
