Registration and Eligibility
Why do I have to Register?
You need to register so that we can track your points, and so you can redeem them for great rewards. By registering, we're able to show you all of your account information including your point and redemption history. We can also ship rewards to you based on the profile information you provided.
How do I create an account?
Go to http://www.eightoclock.com/accumul8 and click on the Register button. Follow the instructions to complete the registration form, including a unique email address and home address. Limit 1 account per household. See the Terms and Conditions for complete details
Who is eligible for the Accumul8 Rewards Program?
The Program is open to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) who are 18 years or older at the time of enrollment. Employees of Sponsor, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and agents, and any agencies or other companies involved in the development or execution of the Program or production or distribution of Program materials, as well as their immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouse) and household Members of each such employee are not eligible to enter the Program to collect and redeem Rewards Points. Void where prohibited by law.
Why can’t I use my P.O. box address on the registration form?
Our shipping service cannot ship to a P.O. box, so we need to send Reward items directly to your home.

How do I update my profile information?
After logging in, go to the My Profile section and click on Update Profile to view and update your information.
I have a new email address. Can I still log in?
You must log in using the email address that you registered with. After logging in you can go to My Profile and click on Update Profile to update your profile information, including email address.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
You can have your password emailed directly to you. Click here to visit the Forgot Password Page.
Points
How do I earn Rewards Points?
To earn Rewards Points, you must purchase qualifying Eight O'Clock Coffee products and enter the Codes found on the packaging at the www.eightoclock.com/accumul8. You will also receive bonus Rewards Points the first time you enter a Code, and for each time a friend that you refer through the Website subsequently registers for the Program, up to 5 friends.
I’m having trouble entering a code. What should I do?

How do I know how many Rewards Points I have?
After logging in, your Point Total will be displayed in the upper right corner of the screen. You can also check your history on the My Point History page.
My Point Total seems wrong, what can I do?
Double check the My Point History page to view your account activity. If the total still seems wrong, try logging out, closing all browser windows, opening a new browser window and logging back in. If your total still seems wrong, please Contact Us for assistance.
Will my Rewards Points expire?
If your account is inactive, meaning you don't log in, for longer than 12 months your points will expire. See Terms and Conditions for more information.

What Reward Items can I collect with my Rewards Points?
There are a variety of rewards available for varying Point values. You can browse the Rewards Catalog to see what is currently available.
Can I ship my Rewards Items to a different address?
Yes. When you elect to Redeem your points for a reward, you'll be asked to verify your shipping address. If you would like to enter a different shipping address than what is used in your profile, you can enter that information on the Reward Confirmation page.
When can I expect to receive the reward that I selected?
Physical rewards will be shipped within 8-10 weeks of the time of redemption. Digital rewards will be arrive in your email inbox within 72 hours of the time of redemption. If you still haven't received your reward after that time has passed, please Contact Us.
