1. Regal Crown Club membership may be obtained at any participating Regal Entertainment Group theatre or online at Regal Entertainment Group.
2. Regal Crown Club membership is open to all customers 13 years of age and older, except R.E.G. employees and their immediate family members. Any other exclusions will be based on the judgement of Regal Entertainment Group.
3. Regal Crown Club members will receive 1 credit per dollar spent on ticket purchases at the box office or ticketing kiosks by entering a Crown Club membership number in the appropriate area during the ticket purchase process, with a maximum of 15 credits per card, per day. Credits are NOT earned for admissions obtained by redeeming complimentary passes, emergency tickets. Members do NOT receive credits for Supersaver ticket purchases; however they DO receive credits when redeeming Supersavers at the box office for admissions. Credits are NOT earned when purchasing gift cards but DO receive credits for gift card redemption. For the purpose of calculating credits earned at the box office, the system will round transaction totals to the nearest whole dollar. Example: Transaction Total = $7.50, Credits earned = 8; Transaction Total = $6.25, Credits earned = 6. All members earn extra credits on concession purchases. Four (4) extra credits are earned for a concession transaction, or 2 extra credits are earned for a specified promotional transaction, such as a Candy Combo. "Star Status" members receive 2 additional credits for a concession transaction. Example: Promo Transaction = 8 extra credits; Star Status Promo Transaction = 10 (8 + 2) extra credits.
4. To earn credits, a Regal Crown Club card MUST be presented to the cashier when purchasing tickets or concession items. Concession extra credits are awarded to the cardholders account by the next business day.
5. Members can receive $1 Candy on Monday & $1 Popcorn on Tuesdays with paid admission at the box office. Vouchers only valid for promotional date only. *Featured Candy and 85 oz. popcorn with paid admission on promotional dates only.
6. Members receive rewards each time 50 credits are earned. See Reward Schedule for details. Reward vouchers only print at a participating theatre's box office.
7. "FREE Movie Ticket" reward vouchers are not valid for "No Pass Attractions, IMAX, 3-D and Special Events." Free Movie vouchers are not transferable and are good on the member's next visit. All reward vouchers are valid until the expiration date indicated. All concession item reward vouchers are small size unless otherwise indicated.
8. Reward vouchers are void if illegible, altered, torn, or mutilated. Vouchers must remain whole. All rewards are subject to verification by management.
9. Regal Crown Club Cards are nontransferable.
10. Regal Entertainment Group reserves the right to change, alter or discontinue the program and/or rewards structure at any time without any liability to members.
11. Regal Crown Club Members may choose to delete their information from a list which we share from time to time with our partners. If you would like your name placed on our "do not share" list, please write us with your name and Regal Crown Club member account number at Regal Crown Club 7132 Regal Lane, Knoxville, TN, 37918.

A: Visit a member of management and they can help you with your credits. Q: Why does my online account show zero? I know that I have points.
A: Your account could be showing “0” for a couple of reasons. If you have just created your online account, please allow 1-3 days for the system to update and show the correct point total. If the account is already in existence and it says “0”, please check your online profile to make sure your full 13 digit card number is entered. To do so, click on the “My Account” tab on the Regal Crown Club homepage. There is a box in the “My Profile” section for you to enter it and save your changes. Please allow 1-3 days for the system to update and show the correct point total.
