Another flap with no code. This is my 3rd one.
Don't waste your time calling the 866 number you get on their website. It took 15 minutes of my cell phone plan to find out every menu item is automated and they ask you to send an e-mail to ....................., then when you wait on the prompt it tells you the mail box is full.
The 866-674-2653 is a dead end.

We got one last night that you can't even read the code. All you see is a bunch of dots. Thanks for posting the number. I have to call and complain.
Does anyone know if the Coke Rewards Program will end this year?
I went into my grocery store and the Sprite and Diet Coke 12 packs did not have the Coke Rewards logo on the box.
The Coke packs did have the logo.
Maybe this is why people are getting flaps with no code, the coke rewards no longer applies to Sprite and Diet Coke.
Are they phasing out the program for a Dec. 31, 2011, end of the program?
I'ver had to call twice and they have been very helpful on end flaps with no code. However, there are two phone numbers and only one gets you to talk to a real person.
Wow, I just bought 5 12-packs last night. I better check for codes. I never even look for the logo anymore .... I just assume (you know what they say!) all is well and inside like it should be.
I just called Coke.
It is the packages that are SPECIALLY MARKED.
I told them I saw 25-30 diet coke and 25-30 sprite 12 packs in my store that had no logo.
I then said "if half of the sprite have the logo and the other half do not, then customers could easily overlook this, and grab the wrong ones which sounds rather "tricky" on Cokes part.
They just said they will inform marketing.......

I got annoyed with them years ago. I found many of the numbers very difficult to read. I would try to enter them into my account and there would be an error. Then when I was ready to redeem, there wasn't anything I really wanted. I got some dumb hat that I gave away, and some free bottles of product.
If you enter codes long enough you'll see they are some letters and numbers they NEVER use. Ex: 1-2-3-6-8-d-s-i-c and others.
You can use a zero (0) or an o (oh) no matter what you see, they both work. The letters that are often hard to read are H and N, and V and W, T and P, etc.
I may have to call them today. My account shows two 12 pack coupons fulfilled from April but only one has been received.
I look at my point history and everything before March is not there.
A few months ago we got 2 2 liters of Coke neither one had any codes in the caps .I thought it was odd .Anyone else have this problem ?
I have had 3 twelve pack end caps with no codes, even though the package had the coke rewards logo.
I later saw a huge stack of coke, diet coke, and sprite in my store. None of the diet coke or sprite twelve packs had the logo on the outside and there were at least 50 total 12 packs. I called Coke and was told:
"codes are only specially marked packages."
If you buy a 12 pack of sprite with no rewards logo on the box, then do not expect to see a code.
