It could be. I'm in GA and they start with a 5 usually. I always thought they didn't but the last time I had a few I was pleasantly surprised they do. When I lived in TX I was never near a kroger so I haven't seen one from their stores.

I bought Tampax 20 ct. tampons and got catalina for 1.50 off Platex tampons.
I bought Cottonelle wipes and got Catalina for .75 off Cottonelle wipes.

At my Kroger this evening, there was a tag underneath all the Kikkoman (including soy sauce) that said "Buy 3 get $2" good through 5/24. The 10 oz soy sauce was priced at $1.99.

In the candy aisle this evening, there was a shelf tag underneath the 11 oz bag of Raisinets that said buy 2 get $0.75 off. Not a great deal, but just thought I would share, in case someone has a hankering for some Raisinets. :)

The Purina Alpo canned dog food was priced at $0.67 and there was a shelf tag below it that said "buy 12 get $0.50." Not a great deal, either, which is maybe why no one has posted it, but just trying to pass along the info anyways. :)

I found this shelf tag below the 12 oz cans of Nestle Good Start powdered formula. It said buy 3, get $3.

Another shelf tag underneath the Pedialyte. It was priced at $5.39.

There's a blinkie for $.55 off kikkoman soysauce or marinades... I got mine at Publix before I moved and used them all already... But at least I know they exist.
