You know those Handi-Foil pans are a good price even without any coupons. I use those for bulk cooking and freezing meals in advance. I usually buy them at Dollar Tree so $0.50 is not a bad price!

Ro-tel, cream of celery/chicken soup, shredded chicken in the slow cooker. Add water, milk or broth to adjust consistancy. This is a huge favorite in our house. We use it for burritos, tacos, enchilladas, taco salad, mexican pizza... I make a triple batch and freeze some.

Ro-tel and cream soup make a great sauce for any enchilladas.

Cream Cheese, Rotel and shredded chicken. (I add Red Hot). Keep it thick. Fill celery stalk or top on crackers.

Enchillada soup: Rotel, chicken, cream of celery/chicken soup, can of enchillada sauce, cans/leftovers/frozen of whatever beans and veggies you like, veleveeta to taste. Pearl barley - optional. I usually throw in a bag of frozen fajita veggies. Chicken broth.

I have some more Propel and Hunts to use before the sale ends, and I still need to see if the Hot Pockets SideShots are included.
