made a trip to smith's tonight. this is what i was able to find.....In todays inserts there was a coupon for .20 cents off two cool whip. They were on sale for .99 . plus the catalina. I made 5 trips through the self check out, first one cost me 3.06. The other 4 cost .06 oop. So ...30 cool whips 3.30 oop. The colgate toothpaste 4 oz is also free.

30 cool whips, 16 colgate toothpaste, 10 colgate toothbrushes, 8 kroger 8oz cheese, 2 breyers ice cream, 1 country time. total oop 14.78 ......22 cents ea I almost forgot the goldfish x2 ......21 cents ea:hectic1:

We got home last night, had a great mini vacation up to Billings MT. That town is OWNED by Albertsons, I saw 6-7 of them but no other grocery stores! And I was looking for a Smith's! LOL

Just got back from Smith's and did pretty good. I was not just going for free but tried to grab things my family needed that were a decent price. Plus I had to get milk, bread, eggs and produce since we were out. I also grabbed a few things without doubles that were just good deals

So in the end I spent $120.30 OOP and saved $202.75 a savings of 63%

Like I said also included in that total was milk (3 gallons) bread (4 loafs), Eggs (2 dozen), and various produce (bananas, apples, oranges, grapes, tomatoes, lettuce etc)

I may go back again tomorrow as I had to head home before I really got to prowl the frozen and fresh foods part of the store and see if there were any good deals to be had with coupons on things like lunch-meat, cheese and frozen stuff.

Fun times! I really hope Smith's keeps these double coupons coming!
