sidvlilb - I think the bottles say not to freeze but I have read from people on other message boards that they freeze them all the time, up to a year in fact, and never had a problem as far as taste, consistency, etc.

I've never had to freeze them as they last awhile in the fridge and I use them everyday. I have about 15 in my little fridge right now and will go through them very quickly so I will be picking up a few more. Just check the 'use by' date on them.

I have frozen these and they're fine....I've been doing this for about a year now and the only problem I've ever had is that the bottom bulges out a bit occasionally (no cracking/leakage-but a little bulge sometimes). The product doesn't seem to be affected-if you remember, take them out of the freezer the night before and put them in the refrigerator and they're ready to go the next morning. I have about 20 in the freezer right now-Bailey's was on sale 10/$10 and I had $1 blinkies....
