I've only been couponing for 8 weeks now and I guess I'm beginning to wonder what the next step for me is. Right now all of my ads are simply going into an clear insert with a date ... yep, that's it.

It leaves me dependent on people like yourself telling me where/when/what to fetch ... if that makes sense. If I saw something in a clearance bin, unless I were to go through hundreds of ads I would have no idea whether or not I had a coupon for it. So ... a box huh? hmmmmm ...

Thanks for the tip about coupon database. I'll go take a look at it.

Like a PP said, when I get my coupons on Sunday I take a quick run through them to see if there are any I know I will use and then store the inserts by date. Another option, that I do when I have enough time, is to go on a coupon site (I know somewhere on HCW there is a list of a few) and order any coupons your insert didn't have - most sites have them listed by insert type and date so I just flip through my insert looking at the list online to see what coupons they have listed that weren't in my inserts. Sorry to go OT.

Like the PP they were $.74 at my store also for the 10oz so free with the coupon.

Anyone know if the MinuteMaid coupon is still a no-go?

Did anyone else do the Swiffer WetJet and Swiffer Wetjet refill pads as one of the P&G deals? I had a $5 coupon for the Swiffer WetJet and Free refill wyb a starter kit and they wouldn’t let me use both coupons because they said the coupon for the free refill applied to both items. I really wish one of “my” cashiers was there, but I just got stuck with someone random.


I ended up still getting it and only using the coupon for the free refill (since that was $5.99) because I already had everything on the belt and I needed that in order to spend all of my DD’s cats. I still came out ahead, spending $12.xx and got back $12 in additional cats for next purchase but I was annoyed.
