Fifi decided to go to kitty heaven so early. She was only 5 yrs old. Left me heartbroken on 12/24/08. She will be loved and missed forever. If you have ever lost your pet I can now say I truly feel your pain...
Had a problem at the Watchung NJ store yesterday, would only let me use 4 of the dollar days coupons- I put up such a stink that they relented - I only had 5, for goodness sakes.

I can't stand the Watchung store. If you can, go to the Garwood Shoprite. It is extremely clean and very friendly! I only go to the Watchung store if I have an emergency or to buy prepackaged foods. I refuse to buy any produce, meat, deli or fish there. It is so dirty and the place stinks in my opinion (literally and not so literally). LOL :)
I can't stand it either, I keep forgetting that because it is so convenient. Its right on my way home, and on my way back from church. My office is going to move later this year, so it will no longer be on my home from work, so I won't be tempted to "just stop in" any more.

The same thing happened to me back in December when they had those ridiculously good deals. My store would only take one of each type of coupon (I think there were 2.50 and 5.00 coupons that time around). At first I got mad but eventually my senses came to me. There's no point in sweating the small stuff. Corporate can't really do much since these stores are all independently owned and operated. This is a cooperative and not a normal chain. You can work within the ridiculous rules they give you, and let both sides be happy.
Just do multiple orders. Go during a quieter time. Don't be afraid to walk right back into the store after loading up your car, or try to do multiple orders at once at checkout if you think they won't mind. The last week of redeeming those CATS from December was unreal. With all the sales they had I got nearly $50 worth of stuff for pennies on each order. It varied since the GM cereal coupons weren't all the same. One of the orders came to something like 2 cents, and became a money maker since I used Bank of America's "keep the change" program which gives me a 5 cent dividend on the dollar at the end of the year. I could have done better. When I ordered my Qs for the laundry detergent I saw someone posted on either here or SD that it was "Limit 4". When I went and started buying it was "Limit 4 PER VARIETY". I could've done WAY better that week.
Edit: This is the best receipt from that week
