I believe it was two weeks ago smart saver I forget and i apologize for that. There are windex, shout, and fantastic coupons out that will double. The fantastic coupon is .75 and they are on sale for $1.99-1.50=.49 I was shocked when I checked out that I got back a $2 Catalina from scrub bubbles, which threw me off but when I looked at the fantastic bottles they had scrub bubbles logo on them. I think you have to buy 3 to get a $2 Catalina but i got 4 so FREE Fantastic. Windex and Shout are the same price 1.99 and there are .55/1 coupons make them .88 a bottle. I also had a slight problem with the Pennsylvania dutch coupons to I had 2 of the .55/1 Also my store had halls 30 ct on sale for 1.29 a bag and I had a few of the .35/1 which double up to .70 making them .59 a bag. I know there is a .50/1 but I am not sure if it's on the 30 ct but they are that will make them .29 a bag
So, Many Coupons What to Do? All I have to say is If I help you in anway please rep me i'll return the favor also i'm open to any potlucks or trades.....

HAPPY DANCE Re: Shoprite Jan 23- 30th Ad scan, match ups & discussion

I went to Shoprite last night I got 3 Fantastic on sale for 1.99 ea used 3 75/1 which doubled paid $1.47 and got back a $2.00 Catalina. I also used my Pennsalyvia Dutch coupons which the cashier had to call the manager and the manager took my coupons to verify that they are real. After 5 minutes and a lot of nasty looks the manager said they were good and I was able to use them..

I think it is ridiculous that so many folks are having trouble with the $1 coupons on the .99 items. I have this trouble at almost every store in my region except one particular Shoprite...so naturally that is where I do all my shopping. The cashiers there are fully trained on pretty much every coupon situation and I so very rarely have any trouble, it is so nice! There are 3 Shoprites closer to me ( yes 3), but I drive out of my way to give them my business every single week because they never give me a hard time with coupons.
My favorite Shoprite accepted a .55 and a $1 noodle coupon this week no problem. The saavy cashier knew how to use them.

You know what is the dumbest part of the whole noodle coupon rejection some are facing?????

There are 2 coupons. $1 and .55. If you hand them the .55 one, it doubles, and the computers (at least mine are, and many others are reporting that too) are programmed to double them up to a dollar. Nice and neat. Ok, but the deal with doubling is that the manufacturer will pay for .55 and Shoprite has to front the double part.
To the stores that don't have cashiers that know how to manually enter a $1 coupon in for .99, or to the stores with the "new policy" of not accepting $1 coupons for .99....and keep in the mind the manufacturer will pay them back $1 or .99 if they write that manually on the coupon.....
all I have to say those stores is....um...yeah.....DUH.

But hey. If they like losing money and losing customers to other branches and other stores...that is their decision. Poor business skills however, very poor business skills.
"Paying" for groceries is for suckers.

Penn Maid Cottage cheese and Stash tea are unadvertised on sale! $1.59 for the 16 oz cottage cheese, and $1/2 from 1/9 SS ... plus I always get all these penn maid catalinas making it super cheap. Stash tea is $1.99 plus the $1/1 redplum printable making them 99 cents each, the licorice spice flavor is so good!

Also I used the coupon for Rozoni 'Garden delight' and 'smart taste' The smart taste had a peel off coupon for one of the pasta sauces (sorry forgot which one .. starts with a C) which already was on sale.

I just wanted to say that I wrote to shoprite.com and complained and they emailed back a typical response and then the store actually called here. My husband answered and they apologized and said I should stop in to see the manager and introduce myself, i don't think so.

I went back once more last week and then for my regular shopping this week and used 4 of the .55 coupons, NO $1 ones, wasn't worth the trouble.

It's nice to have some free noodles, my kids love those and they're having a food pantry contest at school so we can even donate some! :)
