Hi everyone! I'm a lurker and don't normally post but I was a bit peeved at my Shop Rite today (Upper Deerfield). I had two mfg IP's for BOGO Vitamin Water that I printed from their Facebook page and my Shop Rite wouldn't take them today. She said they come up invalid so the store couldn't take them. Wanted to share in case anyone has these IP's and also to find out if anyone else ever run across this and how have you handled it?
Thanks!

What I am contributing is letting anyone know who may have these IP's that I had a problem with them and they may too. If you don't want to offer anything constructive, don't respond!
your post was very helpful op. sometimes coupons do not ring in right due to a computer issue or how they are numbered.

I pretend tomushrooms. It makes it so much easier to kill them.
Some Shoprites just don't take IP's, (like the one on Roosevelt blvd in Philly, for example) and others have very strict coupon policies. Unfortunately, I don't know how much help we can provide here as to getting a store to take a coupon when it's their right to refuse. I would suggest going to another store to redeem, if possible.

I don't know the rules to the store you are going to, but I would also suggest that you go to customer service or to a manager to find out why the coupon is not valid. Sometimes the cashier isn't aware of how to ring certain coupons or sometimes it is the coupon tells them it isn't valid because you purchased the wrong product. In these cases, having another person check could mean the difference between having the coupon accepted or not. Unless I understand exactly why the coupon doesn't work, I check with customer service.
My shoprite will not take any BOGO IP's And will not take Smartsource IP's at all.. Each store has it's own IP policy..
Thanks for the heads up in regard to this coupon at Shoprite. I haven't tried to use those coupons at the Shoprite in my town just yet. I know Shoprite flagged my Smartsource Rayovac battery coupons as fraudulent. Odd, because they were fraudulent in other grocery stores. I complained to Rayovac and they send me eight $1 coupons. I also complained to Shoprite and told them that these coupons were printed right from Smartsource. They didn't want to hear it.I appreciate you posting this.
