I never bought beef tenderloin... Is this filet mignon?

This is an unheard of price for an excellent piece of meat. Yes, the filet mignon is a tiny part of this big hunk of meat. I usually cook it as a roast, there are a lot of good recipes out there, but it really doesn't need much done to it. Very tender and delicious. Try it!

Alton Brown knows all lol. Go here and he shows you the different parts of the tenderloin and what you can use them for. We use ours a lot of cheesesteaks and we roast the "meaty" part to make our own roast beef for sandwiches.

I typed up the electronics deals in the original post. There are no electronics cut off in the scans. What you are seeing is all that is listed in the ad.
