I did two orders of the Glade last night back to back. The first order I bought 4 Hawaiian Breeze scented oil refills and got the cat. The second order was 4 Dewberry?... and I did not get the cat. I went to customer service to ask about the cat and the lady told me that some of these cat deals have "limits" and the (I think manager) agreed with her. I decided to return the refills since they couldn't help me. She deducted the 2 $2/2 coupons I had used and gave me back what I paid minus the coupon amount. Is this how they typically handle returns? Seems like they should have just given me the $5 coupon...
