Re: Shoprite: Pork, pork, & more pork thanks everybody - what I ended up doing was browning some slices of the pork loin - (I guess this is boneless porkchops)
After they were brown I added a roughly chopped onion, green pepper, and 2 cloves of garlic. Then I added 2 15oz cans of diced onions - the ones with onion, peppers & celery. And maybe a half of a can of water. Put a lid on let it simmer 1 - 1/1/2 hours. It made the house smell like I had been slaving all day. 
Served over linguine.
