is it shelf price or sale price at shoprite im in south jersey

and what a deal on tampax next week if only i could find coupons

Its usually shelf price. The only time i remember it being sale price was during a two-week GM promotion when a few items were counted via sale price. I actually made money with the recent Kraft promo. Bought 3 5-pack Kraft mac and cheese for $2.99 and used 3 peelies on the pack for free deluxe box. paid $9 oop and it counted as over $20 towards the Kraft gift certificates, so i got $10 on my receipt.
