Well, my pile of uncut inserts was getting way too unwieldy. I decided to face the reality that I was unlikely to ever cut them all as I used to, so I'm trying something new. I set up hanging folders in some file boxes I had kicking around, slapped some blank address labels on the tabs, dated them, filed them accordingly. There's an extra file for loose pages.

Otherwise, my original system still holds.

Oh, and I use an old envelope to write my list on, putting coupons for that trip inside.

This is my coupon binder... I only cut out the coupons that are hot to me. The inserts I bundle together per week and then go through them when I need to.
You know, your binder looks familiar. Have you ever shopped in Hillsborough?

Wow new activity here.............I get about 15 copies of the inserts a week so I staple them together, 5 copies together. Then I reassemble them (end up with 3 packs of each insert) and I put them in hanging folders according to the date. With the coupon DB and the dates on most posts I can quickly pull out that date and cut out the Qs. I have three of the bags I posted at the top of the thread: one for grocery stores, one for drug stores, and the third for hot Qs that I keep for surprise deals, I also sort my receipts in this bag also. My extra cut out Qs, tearpads, and misc. Qs I keep in a plastic box with alphabetical separators.
Have: 12+ of all inserts, no need for pet or baby Q's
PM if you would like to trade!!
