I got a whole bunch of the A1 barbecue sauces during the Kraft promo, but my account still show 0 points. Go figure.

thanks emm, I will check back in a few days to see if the IT dept fixed the problem. I think I only have enough points for a $2 coupon, but it's worth the effort to me, I figure what the heck. I agree, mostly nothing of any value to trade points in for.

It shows I have no points too. I remember I had points just a few weeks ago and it said they expired at the end of August. I hope that they will be fixing this. That isn't a whole lot of time. If I have earned something, I want to be able to cash in!

My account balance is correct again. I had 219 points & redeemed them for $4 off my next order. My Price Plus card should be credited $4 OYNO in 2-4 weeks. Says I should recieve an email.
To anyone who had trouble a week or so ago, Good Luck & make sure to redeem before the 29th!

So I just went in and I had 466.51 points. I cashed them in for four certificates for $2 off my next order. There is nothing I can redeem for the 66.51 so I guess I lose those but at least I get $8 off my grocery bill for basically doing nothing. I didn't buy the stuff because it was on their list, I just bought what I normally get. So this is found money for me.

I had 99.88 points and it does not round up :( So my options are very redbox code or music download...
O was hoping it would round up!
