Ad and Coupon Matches
Find an item at one our competitors at a lower price than what you paid at Shopko? No problem! Just bring in the competitor's ad and we'll make up the difference! We match any local competitors' advertised price. Exact items only. Local competitors' ads must be brought in within 10 days from the start of the sale. Excludes double and triple coupons, clearance, percent off items, limited-hour specials, Buy One Get One offers and items advertised on the Internet. Local competitor must have advertised items in stock.
Do you offer senior citizen discounts?
Shopko offers a discount of 15 percent for seniors 55 and older on many Shopko purchases during their Senior Citizen Events! Shopko understands that many senior citizens are on a fixed income. That's why we offer Senior Citizen Events each month! Check Shopko ads for Senior Citizen Events near you.
(Not valid with any other offers, employee discounts or at Shopko Express stores. Discount does not apply to prescriptions, doctor's fees, eye exams, Ray Ban sunwear, gift cards, disposable baby diapers, baby formula and alcoholic beverages).
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Store Returns: If you wish to return your Shopko purchase, just return it within 90 days of purchase (a photo ID is required for all same-day refunds). With your receipt, we'll gladly refund your full purchase price based on your method of payment. If you have no receipt, simply provide your photo ID. If approved, you will receive an in-store credit for the lowest price within the last 90 days.
All returned merchandise must be new or in new condition and contain all original packaging and accessories. Defective items must be accompanied by a receipt within 90 days.
We will be happy to issue refunds or exchanges for unopened computer software, movies, DVDs, music, satellite dishes, and video games/hardware. Opened computer software, music, movies, and video games with the original packaging may be exchanged for the identical items. Cellular phone cards are non-refundable.
Holiday merchandise that is on clearance or returned after the holiday has passed will be refunded at the current price if a receipt is presented. Holiday merchandise that is on clearance at the time of the return will not be accepted without a receipt.
