3 more Super Combo Rebates this year!

Hi - I just got an email back from Shopko about their Super Combo Rebate program and if they are continuing with it. This is what they said:

Dear ...-
Thank you for writing, we enjoy hearing from our customers.

We take a lot of pride in bringing you the Super Combo Rebate program.
It allows us to offer you great prices on many of the products we sell.

We have no plans to stop the rebate program, in fact the next one will start May 4th, so mark your calendar.
Make sure you include your e-mail address on your rebate submission and we will give you advanced notice of when they are coming and send you other valuable offers.

In 2008 there are three more planned: May 4th, July 18th and Oct.10th.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

How does their rebate program work? Is it just a one day thing? Is is similar to rebates from like Walgreen's and such? Thanks so much.

Its similar to Wags... You have about a month. They usually put out a big ad with the rebate items in it, and any sales they have going on with the items. They also have a rebate flyer in the store with the form in it. in the end you mark what you bought on the form, total it and choose either to be mailed a check for the amount or a store credit+10%. I like these types of things because I usually dont bother with $2 and $3 rebates, but since these are all sent to the same place they are worth it.
