Last week was $10 off Thursday at Shop n' Save: buy $50 worth of groceries, get $10 off, no coupon needed. Plus you can use any store coupons/catalinas and any manufact. coupons to bring the total down even more.

I wasn't out looking for deals, I just needed groceries. I bought $57.xx worth of groceries, and paid $27.84 total. I had coupons for almost everything in the cart, plus had $1 OYNO catalina, and one $5/$50 purchase coupon from the entertainment book.

I bought bread, cheese, lunchmeat, yogurt, a bag of chicken tenderloins, 4lb. of white sugar, some produce, soup, crackers, juice.

Best deal:
~ 3 12 oz V8 juice, .74 each. I had a .75/1 coupon, and got .01 overage
~6 single packs of Keebler snack crackers, 4/$1. I had .60/2 coupons, and got .05 overage.

Normally, Shop n' Save does not give overage, they adjust the coupon so you get the item free. I think I had a new cashier and she just scanned the coupons. Or maybe Shop n' Save changed their policy? I didn't know I had overage till after I had already paid and was looking at my receipt in the parking lot.
