YMMV, but I received this booklet in the mail. Best coupons I saw:

$3 off any meat or seafood purchase with your Rewards Card (valid 9/10 - 9/16 only)

$1 off your next Essential Everyday product ($1 or greater retail price) - this is one of the house brands for Shaws. I saw pasta as cheap as $1.09 and 1.19. This wouldn't be valid for the 99 cent pasta. Valid until 9/25

I expect there will be store versions of the booklet without the meat/seafood coupons available in displays. I'm especially interested in the Essential Everyday coupons if we can find something selling for $1 even.

Oooh I hope so! I hope I get this. The Essential Everyday might have oatmeal cheap-I think I saw that before.

The Essential Everyday coupon can get you some cheap toaster pastries this week. The generic "Pop Tarts" are on sale for 1.39. Use the $1/1 from the booklet (most stores have a display with them) to get for 39 cents.
