Shaws Promo Catalinas - April 2011

Based on the Catalina I stumbled upon today, it looks like Shaws will continue with special free/cheap stuff store coupon Catalinas during the month. The one I found is 1 free pound of bananas, up to $1. In the past, these have allowed overage.

It expires one week from today.

This is one of the Catalinas that printed out in December & January, where they had a *lot* of frees -- cookies, bakery, frozen veggies. We'll see if this continues.

FREE Shaws grated cheese, 8 oz. package, up to $3.19

FREE Shaws Bakery Bread (the fresher bread packages), up to $4


Looks a lot like the ones that they had in Dec/Jan. Should be a good month for checking out the self-checkouts, trash cans and parking lots.

With the new sales week starting, I didn't spot any freebie cats, but I did find several X off Y coupons floating around, including:

$5 off of $50
$10 off of $130 (& $140)
$3 off of $30

The more I see of the FREE deals, the more I'm convinced they are a reward for using the self-checkout. I have checked out the one store in my area that doesn't have SCOs and I have yet to find any of these Catalinas in the last few weeks, yet I have found most of these hanging at the SCOs or nearby...
