I just came back and the cats are working on shelf prices, and the Nashua nh store had tons of double coupon flyers at the door.

    Working on shelf price---
    did this deal 4 times

    15 boxes of Barilla Pasta
    $1.35 x 15 = $20.25 (shelf Price)
    $1 x 15 = $15 (sale price)

    recieved my $10 cat.

    $10 -$15 = $5

    Making the pasta .33 cents
I did the deal 4 times (60 boxes)
thats a good deal to me-- for a years worth of pasta and some to donate.

hears another one-- did this 3 times

3 (6.29 shelf )arm and hammer detergent purfume and dye free
    2 (.85 shelf) delmonte paste

    3 X $6.29 = $18.87 (shelf Price--- Arm and Hammer Laundry detergent)
    3 x $3.99 = $11.97 (sale price)

    2 x .85 = $1.70 (shelf Price--- contadina tomato paste)
    2 x .69 = $1.38 (sale price)

    $18.87 + $1.70 = $20.57 (shelf price)
    $11.97 + $1.38 = $13.35 (sale price)

$3.35 total after $10 cat--- cheap laundry detergent
and if you have coupons-- it make for even a better deal

    side note---
the manager of shaws made me feel like I was stealing and the cash register people kept asking is there a limit and how I was doing it-- but I didnt see any limits in the flyer--- and I did 7 transactions total and I broke them up at 2 Shaws--- thats doesnt seem like a lot for the looks I was getting from the employees...
and If Shaws didnt want you to do these why would they advertise these types of deal( thou I havnt seen these good deal in a while)

    have fun shopping....

    GREAT scenarios!

Sometimes they just think theres no way it can be legit to get stuff that cheap. Just tell them that the mfr is paying for $10 of REVENUE for their store with each transaction you do. It benefits the mfr because each product you buy of theirs is one you are not buying of the competition.

I did 5 transactions at one store and had a great experience!

Just FYI if anyone is doing del monte tomotoes, the garlic & (some type of herb) did NOT ring up at .79 so I switched them for regular ones.

The store I shopped at had the sorrento mozzarella blocks with a shelf of $5.49.
    4 blocks is $21.96 shelf, 13.96 sale. Use 4 $1/1 blinkies = 9.96 and get $10 back
if you have 2 of the $3/2 IP's you can pay 7.96 and get $10 back.

I had one set of IP's & 4 blinkies so I did one of each. 8 pounds of cheese for free works for me.

The shelf on the skippy was $2.49 so I had to get 9. -9 $1/1 coupons = $9 get back $10.

Its going to be a FUN week! my soft soap coupons just came in and I finally got my ad so I am excited to see that its not just the original soft soap on sale, but the bottles of bathroom cleaners as well.

    thanks for posting your senarios!

I did a basic one today

    Skippy Peanut Butter

    $2.69 x 8 = $21.52 (shelf price)
    $2.00 x 8 = $16.00 (Sale Price)

    $16.00 - $8.00 ($1/1 Skippy q's) = $8 got back $10 CATS

I had $6.00 in CATS from last week so I paid $2 oop ..

I was in a hurry so I did 2 transactions of the Skippy and picked up a few other things as well.

I hope to get my deals together tonight and get back there tomorrow!

i have to say that I am quite jealous of your doublers this week.

can you tell me if there are any restrictions on those coupons? do you have to have a minimum purchase of $15 after coupons? I might make a road trip to Nashua (20 minutes for me) .. thanks

thor, if you go to NH remember the bugs that love you!!! no doublers here either. ROFL

I am also THRILLED to see some new everyone posting.

I am literally sitting here fighting with myself about running out to do a few more deals.

I have to hit the library for more sorrento printables. last year when we hit a great kraft deal I got over 100 bags of shredded cheese. its almost gone so this is just in time to fill the freezer back up with cheese.

also, FYI this deal does not double like some cat deals are known to do.

FYI: Soft Scrub Total cleaner is currently NOT producing a catalina, at least on pre-sale prices but I think not at all, too, as I heard afterward from a friend that Soft Scrub, Dunkin Donuts coffee, and some Pillsbury Brownie mixes are not working. I tried it myself today with pre-sale prices and got nothing. CS was very nice and let me return it.

Sorrento worked fine for me: I think my psp was $4.17.

    Bought 6 Mozzarella or Ricotta= $21
    Used 3 x $3/2- Took off $9.00
    Paid $12, get back $10.
Plus got four Activia free with coupons and doublers!

Thanks for the welcome, all who commented on the newbies! I like it here!
I love Rite Aid, CVS, Shaw's, and Stop & Shop!

ISO Coupons: FiberOne Yogurt, Dreamfields Pasta, Meat & Produce, Juice, Any Dairy (cheese, yogurt, milk especially), baby (diapers & baby shampoo)

not sure why the soft scrub didn't work was it one of the items that was pictured in the flyer?

I was hoping my bogo I Can't Believe its not butter coupons would arrive today but no luck .. I am a bit concerned that my store will be wiped out before they arrive .. I just need to remember to get a raincheck.

    have fun shopping everyone :o)

    Hi all,

Just wanted to share my deal for today. I did run through some others but liked this one the best...

Del Monte Diced tomatoes had a shelf price of $1.69 and are on sale for .79 so I did this.

12 Cans for $9.48 with a shelf price of $20.16 Then bought a .59 bag of m&m's so the manager did not have to come over every time. My final cost was .07 each time.

I actually ran this 7 times at 2 different stores and have a $10.00 cat in my wallet for the rest of the week.

So for a total of 49 Cents I got 84 cans of diced tomatoes and 7 bags of M&M's with no coupons used.
