Good point Kristen. The ad shows the popcorn is instantly deducted at the register (no q); it appears the same for the soda.

I wonder if Shaw's realized how overpriced they are compared to Target and clubs like BJs?

75 cents off a box of instant oatmeal and it doesn't say DND!
I'm getting boxes for 49 cents. I have not dared try the other flavors though. :)

Inside the boxes of Apple Cinnamon Instant Oatmeal. There is no clue on the box however. Its a wrapped strip of $5 worth of coupons.
