OK so I had an issue with SCO today. Nothing printed and I was definitely over where I needed to be. So they gave me my Qs back, refunded me my $1 (HA!), and I insisted we try it at a regular register. I only went to SCO because they had 2 registers open 5 people deep each. I was trying to help my mom so I could have modified these more, but I didn't realize the SP was higher at my store than other scenarios I read here. I spent $5.97 OOP total and left with $21 in cats.

Here is what I did:

(this sp is $30.xx, obviously you could less. SP was higher than others have posted)

5 BC fruit snacks 3 at $2.50 sp, 2 at $2.99 sp....$13.48 sp/ $10 sale
-3 $.40 (doubled), 1 $.50/2.

3 Pilsbury cinn rolls at $2.99 sp...$8.97sp/ $5 sale
-3 $1/1 printable

2 Simply Cookies at $3.99 sp....$7.98/ $5 sale
-2 $.55/1 (doubled)

4 Dial Complete at $2.69 sp......$10.76 / $6 sale
-4 $.55/1

-$12 in cats from last week

total= $30.43 (w/o the dial) sp or $41.19 (w/dial) sp.....$26 sale


after coupons.....$1!!!!!!!!!! I got $19.50 back, I think, lol. Should have been $10, $3 for the flu, then the pils and BC ones. My head hurts just thinking about it! :hectic1:

I also did these but I was in a hurry and can't tell you exactly what cats I cot back other than the $10 one. But I'm sure you can figure it out!

Not sure the total here because I had a bunch of other stuff in this transaction...still only paid $1.94 after $13.50 in cats :) I do know I got $10 back at least!

total= $2.74 OOP (should have planned better w/ a filler) got at least $10 cat back plus a Pils cat too.

Not bad! I went over on a lot because I was in a hurry and helping my mom :) but I know the other store a few miles away has lower SPs which always throw off my scenarios!

My trip last night was hell! I took everyone with me, Hubby and three kids! Last week when we went the manager said we had to do one transaction at a time! So I took everyone so we could do three basically at a time one for each of the adults and one for the teenager. But I always mess up when they are with me. Two orders we didnt get the $10 cat and I think we missed it by under a dollar! I travel 30 minutes to get there otherwise I would have returned it and redo it all. I am going back tomorrow but I will only have one kid with me! The CS and Manager were both jerks to me. I tried expalining and was told they could not force a catalina anymore. *sigh* I came home with a ton of groceries for $30 so I cannot complain and have about $40 left in catalinas to use tomorrow!

I do have one question. Can we roll the $10 cat and get another one? I have just been using the $3 ones from last week so my OOP has been higher.

I saw a woman buying the green Giant vegatables today so I looked to see what I would have to do if I wanted to repeat the deal. In my sore the Shelf price is $1.50 a can on sale for .75 a can. so if I bought 17 x $1.50 = $25.50 and sale would be $.75 X 17 = $12.75. after the $10 cat it would make 17 cans for $2.75. The Holidays are just around the corner. I noticed Green Beans, Corn and Peas. The expiration date on the cans was 2011. Time to stock up!

Awesome! I need some veggies for all this Progresso stock! I didn't even think of those! I think I have one more transaction in me :hectic1:

I had issues with things printing too. I'm never going to SCO again for a cat though. Ugh. Probably 25% of my cat transactions go bad there. :shrug7: Take that same transaction over to the regular register and poof, they work. The "helpful" FEM told me yesterday that it was me using coupons not the SCO. Sure lady, sure. She said the SCO had been spitting cats all day, but not these cats that's for sure, must have been regular coupon ones. But if one item isn't triggering you are out of luck. It can be at the store level too, so if it isn't loaded at your store it won't work. Same with the registers, if they aren't all loaded, no cats. Found both of those out the hard way. One time I did write to corp and did get my cats mailed to me :). My stores don't issue gc they just blame me, lol!

But yes you can roll this one. There have been some in the past that do not roll. Luckily the last few weeks have rolled.

spent $7 after coupons and cats from last deal (cuz I'm down one $10 cat I lost) and got back $14

Are there other flavors of the simply whatever cookies other than chocolate chip? that's all this store had.

I was finally able to get to the store for the deal this week. I did 2 separate transactions and only one worked.

The first transaction that didn't work was:

2 Carmel Fiber One Cereals - reg. $8.58 - sale $4 - 2 X $.75/1 IP DND = $3.50
1 Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal - reg. $3.49 - sale $2 - $.55/1 IP DND = $1.45
2 Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls - reg. $5.98 - sale $3.34 - $1/2 IP DND = $2.34
2 Simply Cookies - reg. $7.98 - sale $5 - 2 X $.55/1 IP DND = $3.90

The problem was the Fiber One Carmel cereal. It is not the right size and neither are the other flavor Fiber One. Only the original works. Customer service was very nice, exchanged the cereal and gave me $10 cash for the cat I didn't get.

I did get a $2 OYNO order from Pillsbury which I had forgotten I would be getting.

Second transaction was:

1 Total Whole Grain - reg.$4.99 - sale $2 - $.75/1 IP DND = $1.25
2 Gold Medal Flour - reg. $6.98 - sale $4 - 2 x $.50/1 IP DND = $3
4 Nature Valley Granola Bars - reg.$14 - sale $8 - 4 X $.40/1 IP DND = $6.40

This scenario worked and I got the $10 cat.

The Nature Valley Granola Bars had signs that they were on sale 2/$5 but did ring up at the correct price.

3 Prego Pasta Sauces gets you $1 OYNO.

Shaws Solid White Albacore Tuna is $1.25 and there is a $1/1 SQ in the Shaws printable coupons for the week.

I like simple and quick transactions! 6 crescent rolls, 3 progresso broths.

$14 after 2 $1/3 pillsbury refrigerated blinkie coupons. pay with a $10 and a $4 get the same back!

I needed broth and had no coupons for it, so this is how I am working it so I can get some LOL.
