Shaw's Fuel for School MIR Scenarios (x9/30/09)

Let's try and make a list of scenarios for the Fuel for School Offer. We have until 9/30 to send these in, so a list would only benefit everyone! Also, there are ~4 different Fuel for School Rebates with different PO's. I read somewhere on HCW that a rep said that you can do more than one, as long as the PO is different. If that's the case, I would assume that you could do all (4), as long as all the PO's are different.

If you know what current Q's are available for the deal you post, please include that info too.
