It's the same set up as the bread and bag deals -- call in, answer a survey, fill in a code.

As usual, there is no mention on the slip of what the purchase restrictions are (you can assume no tobacco, gift cards, alcohol, milk [in certain places], etc.) No expiration date shown anywhere.


Keep your eyes open. There should be some blowing around the parking lot.

I got one of those. Maybe that's why I left it where I did...as a reminder! I guess I need to dig that out and call!

I have done 3 of these already. I like them better then the bread or bag ones.

I listened to the end of the message today when I submitted one.

The exclusions are milk, fuel, prescriptions, alcohol, tobacco, gift cards and lottery tickets, all depending on the state.

They also ask you to redeem at the store where you made your original purchase, but I don't think there's any way to enforce that.

LOVE these surveys... well, the $2 q attached to taking the survey! I've done 2 and I think it might always be the same code... not sure yet

I too love the survey!

They keep printing for my card so I think its clear shaws considers you a "customer" each time you shop since they have my card # LOL.

Nope, the code is different each time, though they may have a sequence if you do several back-to-back.

There also might be something to the number that tells them what store it is and what day you shopped. Kind of like how your bank acct # tells which branch you opened the acct at etc. I've only gotten one--boo hoo!
