Looks like this deal is dead. I went to the survey site and found this message:

The surveys are back, but it looks like the old web site is dead. May have to do these only on the phone

Yep, I tried the website & it would not let me do mine online. Every time I called yesterday the phone # was buys. like 5 tries!!!

I called at 9PM and had no trouble getting through! It's all automated anyway.
