My favorite brand is Pantene but I have been couponing since February and the cheapest I have seen it is 1.60 a bottle. I decided I will stock up on the Dove since I like that brand also. Where and when do you guys get the great bargains on name brand shampoo?

I buy my shampoo at Price Chopper in Berlin, VT where they will double a $1 coupon. That helps get the price down for me!

i try to get shampoo for free at CVS/walgreens - last year about this time there were pantene BOGO q's and cvs had a BOGO sale - I bought a years supply! But anything less than $.50 a bottle is good. I didn't mind doing this deal since it pushed my total over th$50 for $.10 off gas and the additional $.10 off when you buy 4 participating products made it better. Once you get the catalina for the extra .10 - you register at override.com and they give you ANOTHER .10 - so .30off/gal for spending $50 - buying 4 participating products and registering - I'll take it!
