Shaws comp q's ?

Hi all, my sister asked a question in another thread and I think it got buried...

I know Shaws takes competitor's q's, (i.e., Hannaford), but will they double them?

Silly me didn't know that our store accepted comp. coupons. I asked last week and yes they do, so I presented my $8.00 off of $50.00 and they took it. It didn't say after all other coupons or anything so that was a blessing as my bill ended up being 27 cents!
