Stacey, do you have the size requirements on some of the products you listed above? I'd like to go to the store and do a price check, but I need the correct size.

The Planter's Big Chew bars are awesome! I got a pile using my .75/1 coupons tripled at A&P, which made them $.25/box.

I'm not seeing anything that will let me roll the more than $900 worth of CL overage I earned this week. I guess I will have to buy GCs with them since these catalina coupons do not say they prohibit gift cards.

You may want to read the fine print on the back of the catalina tape. I'm almost certain that most of the catalinas can NOT be used to purchase GC's. Also, in some states it is restricted.

Speaking of Gift Cards ... inside the wrap-around flap is advertised buy Shaw's gift cards -- get extra 10% added to your gift card. The promotion is focuses on tax refunds. However, the small print says no tax check or other proof required. And there is no limit to how many gift cards a customer can buy.

The extra 10% is good only on $250 and $300 gift cards. I'm considering getting a couple. Use the extra to pay for next week's catalina deal.

Yes. Although last year they had a hard time figuring it out (maybe just in the beginning. I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt). Just make sure you know what you are supposed to pay ($250) and what's supposed to be loaded on the card ($270). Don't pay until everything is correct. Otherwise, you'll get a lot of headache waiting for them to undo and redo what they messed up!

I'm so glad they're doing the extra 10% on a gift card promo again! It's odd that they are doing only the two amounts, though. I got mine last year ON July 31st (the last day to do the promo...) and it was very smooth. I bought a $600 one and it lasted me until January (mainly because of the Kraft GC Deal and the CAT deal that helped buy other groceries!)

I think it's a great way to budget your grocery bill AND get a little extra. I love that there is no limit!
