Shaws: Everyday Frees/cheaps with coupons

one of my favorite fillers for Shaw's are the Kashi GoLean Bars. With the $1 coupon that is EVERYWHERE they come out to $.59 each... catch a 10/$10 sale and they are free!! great little work snack- filling and full of fiber!

The most common ones are peelies on boxes of Kashi cereal. They are bright blue, so they are hard to miss.

I noticed the Muir Glen Organic Tomato Paste is always 10/$10...with the $1/any Muir Glen IP that is always available, I have about 10 cans!

Air Heads have been hitting the 10/$10 sales and there have been $.50 coupons in the paper lately. Double coupon so it is a freebie I put them in a jar at work for everyone and stash some for the kids for a treat every now & then.

In the Summer 2008 Mambo Sprouts, there is a .50/1 any Clif Kid Product DND 5 coupon (specifically including single serve). Regular price for individaul bars is .67, so .17 after coupon.

Note: coupon says "Limit one coupon per customer".

At my Shaw's today I bought Kotex Liners 22 count and they were $1.19 used a .75/1 coupon and got them FREE I will be stocking up on these may never have to buy these again. :)

Got free gum the other day: I bought a single pack of Trident EXtra Care gum. Price is like $1.19 but I used a 75cent coupon I found in ALL YOU magazine and my gum was free!!!

Here's a price increase for you -- the Clif Kid individual bars are now $1.19. Ouch!!
