Default Ducklings Program - Items not showing

On Monday, I purchased 5 Kraft dressings, which should qualify me for a free Digiourno pizza Q. I checked my account yesterday, and nothing was showing up, so I emailed customer service. They said I bought 2 of the dressings, and today 2 are showing in my account as purchased. I clearly bought 5. And I bought another 5 dressings on Tuesday.

What would you do? Do you think I can email them my receipt number?

I just got an email from Customer Service stating they checked my receipts and I did purchase the correct amount. My account will be updated to reflect the 10 Dressings by tomorrow. So, I should be receiving Q's for 2 free pizzas :)

I made my purchases of Kraft Dressing and should be getting the pizza too - but nothing is showing. I emailed them yesterday but have yet to hear back. Should I bring the receipts to CS at my local store or does this need to be done through email....I just don't want this to get away with me with the long weekend etc.

I will be bummed out if they don't credit me!

This kraft/ Ducklings deal expired on 7/1/08 so if you did your purchase after that date it would not count. Your shopping would have to be complete by Monday evening.

Unfortunately the coupons I ordered didn't arrive until Thursday so my 10 kraft dressings did not produce 2 free pizzas.

That stinks about your coupons. My two transactions were completed by Tuesday, 7/1, so they should both qualify.
