Secret Santa Secret Pal Exchange

SECRET SANTAS...see below as to what you need to follow for your Secret Santa Packages!!

Remember: YOU MUST fill out the Delivery Confirmation Form as soon as you mail your package!!! This allows us to track the package if needed

Mailing a child a box with actual gift(s) inside.

• Mail on or before December 3th

• Send a package with a minimum value of $10 (if you'd like to spend more - let your heart be your guide!) before shipping costs.

• Each item in the package must have a minimum value of $5. (so examples of packages would be (1) $10 item or (2) $5 items.) If you would like to send more items that cost more, feel free!

• All items must be NEW and in ORIGINAL packaging.

• Items must be age appropriate. Please do not purchase an item the parent specifically requested the child not to have.

• Gift cards may NOT be included towards the $10 minimum.

• Do not wrap the gifts!! This will give the parents an opportunity to review everything. Wrapping paper may be included in the box, but does not count towards the $10 minimum.

• It is your responsibility to make sure your package gets to the receiver; Delivery Confirmation IS required for the Secret Santa Swap.

• You must fill out the Delivery Confirmation Form as soon as you've mailed your package so both hillaryef/cybilx10 have it. This allows them to track the package if needed.

• You will be responsible for sending gift(s) to each child you request!

If an emergency situation comes up where you are not able to send your package it is YOUR responsibility to notify your hillaryef/cybilx10 of any delays.

I just sent my big box out today :) It was so much fun!! Delivery conformation form filled out as well.

Mailed my first box on the 28th. DC filled out. Will be putting a second one in the mail tomorrow!!

I just wanted to come and say how touched my DH & I are at our Santa's generosity. They went so above and beyond for our kids. Santa really read into the informational form I filled out about my kiddos, and found the most precious, thoughtful gifts. We were beyond stressed about Christmas for our kids, and suffice it to say, our HCW Santa has laid those fears to rest. Thank you Santa. Thank you HCW for such a wonderful caring community. I just cannot wait to get to be a Santa next year.
