ALPHABET SWAP

Calling all mamas, papas, nanas pappies and caregivers! This swap will help you build tools to teach your little ones the letters of the alphabet! This is a great activity for children ages about 2-5.

You will send 26 baggies of similar items associated with your chosen letter of the alphabet to me. I will then swap them out and you will receive back in the mail 26 different baggies, 1 representing every letter of the alphabet. For example, say you choose the letter "Y", you might put a piece of Yellow yarn, a yo-yo, a yak, and an empty yogurt cup!

I will send all of your baggies, A-Z, in a large Flat Rate box. To do that, I will need you to send me $14.95 to pay for that. You can send that to me me via PP/CC/forever stamps.

PACKAGE REQUIREMENTS: 26 baggies of 2-3 similar items associated with your assigned letter of the alphabet to me along with $14.95 (PP/CC/stamps are fine too!)
PRE-SHIPPED PACKAGE VALUE: each baggie should be around $1.00 (pre coupon)

SIGN-UP DATES:This swap sign up will end when I have 26 people sign up. You can pick your letter. Post on this thread to pick the letter.
MAIL BY DATE: Exactly two weeks from the date of the last sign up.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION is required.
MINIMUM iTRADER FEEDBACK TO PARTICIPATE: (must be iTrader of 5 or higher)

• Each baggie in your package should be around $1.00 (pre coupon). This does not include shipping costs, or the value of the coupons included.

Requirements for the sender:

• Mail the package by TWO WEEKS AFTER SWAP CLOSES
• Your package must be mailed no later than the mail date above, it may, however, be mailed early
  
• Post on the thread that you have mailed your package
• Fill out Delivery Confirmation form below so the forum moderators will have your delivery confirmation number
• If an emergency situation comes up where you are not able to send your package it is YOUR responsibility to notify your host of any delays. You are asked to respond to all PM or email messages from your host/SP Mods within 48 hours. Failure to do so may cause you to be blocked from the Secret Pal forum.
  

Requirement for receiver:

• Once you receive a package you post that you have received it in this thread. This is so your secret pal knows you received it. We don't want packages going missing and not know about it.
• Inform the host of any address changes ASAP
  
• Remember that not all coupons/gifts will be from your wishlist; the wishlist is a guide for your Secret Pal.

If you do not mail your package and the mods send on your behalf, you are responsible to reimburse cost of the package and shipping to that mod. If a more expensive mail class is used to make a deadline, you are expected to reimburse that cost.
